At Liebe Ceramics, each piece is handmade and one of a kind. We take great care in packing every order, but if your piece arrives damaged, we're here to make it right.

Damaged or defective items If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@liebeceramics.com with a photo of the damaged item and the packaging. We will offer a full refund or send a replacement piece, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-returnable items Due to the unique nature of our handcrafted ceramics, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Each piece is made to be cherished, and we appreciate your understanding of this artisanal process.
